22.2mm aluminum handlebars We take special care in the production of our aluminum handlebars. Following a series of tests in collaboration with the University of Hamburg, a high-strength aluminum alloy was identified that combines high strength with sufficient formability. The load capacity of the handlebars made from this material is 60% higher than the required test load. All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with TÜV parts certificates for over 200 models, the Superbike handlebar type 01 with ABE for all common naked bikes. HIGHSIDER pro aluminum handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2mm and a wall thickness of 4mm (14mm inside). Depending on the type, they are available in up to seven polished anodized colors or in two matt bead-blasted colors.
