For sprockets, the materials Qste 420 and Qste 460 are always used. Centre holes are turned out on
CNC automatic machines to the exact fit and fixing holes for screws are countersunk and cleanly deburred.
Our special Diamond-Cut gearing results in best running properties as well as a guaranteed radial
and axial run-out tolerance of less than 0.2mm.
